We offer express shipping for returns at a cost of $30. This fee covers the shipping of the return parcel to the client, allowing them to return the item in a timely and secure manner. The express shipping charge is paid by the client at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.2. Return Parcel Provided
Once the client receives the item, an express return shipping label will be included inside the parcel. This label can be used to send the item back to us via express shipping once the rental period has ended. The client is responsible for packaging the item securely and affixing the provided return label to the parcel for shipment.3. Responsibility for Delays or Loss
While we do everything possible to ensure the safe delivery of your items, we rely on third-party carriers, such as Australia Post, to transport parcels. As such, we would like to clarify the following:- Lost Items: In the rare event that a return parcel is lost during transit, Moja Rentals is not liable for the loss or delay. It is the responsibility of Australia Post (or other carriers used for express shipping) to resolve issues related to lost or undelivered parcels.
- Delayed Items: If a return parcel is delayed during transit, any delay is the responsibility of the carrier (e.g., Australia Post), not Moja Rentals. We strongly recommend that you retain your shipping receipts and tracking information for reference, as these will assist with any inquiries related to delays or lost items.
4. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
The return parcel will be shipped via express service with tracking and delivery confirmation. We encourage clients to monitor the tracking status regularly to ensure timely return of the item. If any issues arise, please contact Australia Post directly using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation.5. Exclusions
This policy applies only to return shipments for which the express return shipping fee has been paid by the client. It does not cover any other shipping fees or charges associated with the original order or non-returned items.6. Customer Service Support

We offer a partial refund of 30% of the hire price under the following circumstances:- Quality or Condition Issues: If the dress you receive is not in the condition promised or fails to meet the quality standards outlined at the time of booking (e.g., noticeable damage, stains, or significant defects), you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Incorrect Item: If we send the wrong dress (for example, the incorrect size, style, or color), we will provide a full refund of the hire price.
2. No Refund for Shipping Delays
We do everything we can to ensure timely delivery of your rental items, but once your dress is dispatched, we rely on third-party carriers, such as Australia Post, for shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.- Shipping Delays: Any delays in delivery, whether due to weather, carrier issues, or other external factors, are not grounds for a refund. We encourage customers to allow for extra time when booking for events to account for possible shipping delays.
- Lost Parcels: If a parcel is lost in transit, the responsibility lies with the carrier (Australia Post or other shipping providers), and no refund will be issued for lost parcels. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to investigate the issue.
3. Partial Refund Details
- Refund Amount: The partial refund will be 30% of the hire price only. The partial refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refund Processing: Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that the refunded amount will not include any shipping charges or other associated fees.
4. Return Condition
If you receive a dress that does not meet the standards and you are eligible for a partial refund, the item must still be returned in its original condition, as outlined in our Rental Terms & Conditions. Failure to return the dress as per the instructions may result in a refusal of the refund.5. No Refund for Change of Mind
Please note that change of mind is not eligible for a refund. If you simply decide you no longer want the dress, you will not be entitled to a refund under this policy.Dry Cleaning Policy
At Moja Rentals we prioritise the preservation and longevity of our garments. To ensure the integrity of delicate fabrics and to prevent irreversible damage, we insist against using dry cleaning services for specific types of stains, particularly those that are not properly addressed before the cleaning process. Our primary concern is the potential for dry cleaning to set certain stains, resulting in permanent discoloration or fabric degradation.
1. Risk of Setting Stains
Certain stains, such as those from oil, grease, wine, or other organic substances, can become more embedded in the fabric when exposed to dry cleaning solvents. This occurs because the solvents used in dry cleaning can cause the stain to bond more tightly with the fibers, making it more difficult, if not impossible, to remove. Once set by this process, the stain may be irreversible, often becoming more pronounced after cleaning.reviews
