Shipping Policy
We ship Australia Wide. The postage fee is $28.80 which is included in the rental price and covers express postage costs to you and back. The prepaid return satchel will be packaged alongside the garment in your delivery and will be tracked by us. You must post the dress hire back the Monday after the hire, or the next business day after wearing. Return deliveries must be processed at your local post office over the counter - NO streetside delivery boxes. If failed to do so, there is a $10 late fee each day. A photo of your ID is required for bookings. We are NOT liable for delays caused by Australia Post.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds under any circumstances.
Dry Cleaning Policy
Items are to be returned UNWASHED. Dry cleaning costs are included in the hire fee. If an item needs additional dry cleaning, you must pay the service fee within the next two days after contact. DO NOT attempt in any way to try remove stains/clean the outfit in anyway. Please make us aware of any stains or damage. If item is damaged but can be fixed you must pay for the fees to fix it, if item cannot be fixed, you agree to pay for the full retail price of the outfit to replace the outfit.
