You must post the dress hire back on the Monday or the next business day after your hire. If you failed to do so, a $15 late fee will be applied for each additional day. A photo of your ID is required for bookings. We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post.

Items are to be returned unwashed. Standard dry cleaning costs are included in the hire fee. If the item needs additional dry cleaning, you must pay the service fee within the next two days. DO NOT attempt in anyway to try remove stains/clean the outfit in anyway. Please make us aware of any stains or damage. If your item is damaged but can be fixed you must pay for the fees to fix it. If your item cannot be fixed, you agree to pay for the full retail price to replace the outfit.
