Shipping Policy
Australia wide express postage is available at the hirers expense for $30 in addition to the rental fee. This includes delivery and return of the item. Orders are posted 5 business days prior to your event. CM Hire takes no responsibility for items not arriving on time due to Australia post delays, bookings being made less than 5 business days prior to the event or providing incorrect delivery details, no refunds will be given. It is the clients responsibility prior to hiring to check sizing requirements and to ensure satisfaction with the condition of the item - photos can be sent. No refunds will be given. All hires are to be returned the business day following your event before close of business or late fees will apply as per section 2.3. Returns are to be lodged at your local Australia Post Office desk. Returns are not to be placed in Australia Post Boxes.
Refund Policy
To book an item, payment must be made in full. Payments are non-refundable. Hire fees are per wear. It is the clients responsibility to ensure a try on is undertaken to check sizing and to ensure satisfaction with the condition of the item. All bookings are final. Outfits cannot be swapped and dates cannot be changed.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Cleaning is not to be attempted by the client, initial cleaning costs are included in rental prices and performed by CM Hire only. In the case an item requires additional cleaning, the client is responsible for paying the extra fees given to CM Hire by relevant dry cleaners in addition to the rental fee. All hires are expected to be returned in the condition given by CM Hire. Clients acknowledge they are wearing a second hand garment that has been worn by other people therefore general wear and tear can be expected. If the item is returned with minor damage, the client must pay the repair price given to CM Hire by the relevant seamstress/dry cleaners. This cost is in addition to the rental fee. If the damage is major and beyond repair the full RRP price will need to be paid in addition to the rental fee. CM Hire decides whether damage is deemed “minor” or “major”.
