We accept Australia wide rentals! PLEASE MESSAGE FOR LOCAL PICKUPS. Postage fee is included in the price shown and a photo of ID is required. Hires are to be posted back the Monday after a weekend hire or the next business day after your event. Failure to return or ship back your garment will result in a $10 late fee every day until returned. Borrow the Brand is not liable for any delays caused by Australia post.

Once a garment has left our premises it is classified as a hire and no refunds/returns will be given. No refunds/returns after payment has been made.

Please return items unwashed as dry-cleaning costs are included in the hire fee. Additional charges may apply for damaged or misplaced items. If a garment is stained, ripped, or damaged in any way, you will pay for the repair price for the clothing to be fixed. If needed to be sent to a dressmaker or dry cleaner, you are required to pay the amount that week. If any item is damaged beyond repair, you are required to pay the full RRP (retail price) for us to replace the damaged garment.
