We ship AUS WIDE! IF WANTING TO PICK UP OUTFIT PLEASE MESSAGE ME! The postage fee is $28.80 which includes there and back, with a prepaid return satchel, this is automatically added onto your rental fee. You must post the dress hire back the Monday after the hire, or the next business day after wearing. If failed to do so, there is a $10 late fee each day. A photo of your ID is required for bookings. We are NOT liable for delays caused by Aus Post.

There are no refunds under any circumstances.

Items are to be returned UNWASHED. Dry cleaning costs are included in the hire fee. If item needs additional dry cleaning, you must pay the service fee within the next two days. DO NOT attempt in anyway to try remove stains/clean the outfit in anyway. Please make us aware of any stains or damage. If item is damaged but can be fixed you must pay for the fees to fix it, if item cannot be fixed, you agree to pay for the full retail price of the outfit to replace the outfit.
